Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. If you're in the EU/US you can place your order via website, if you're anywhere else reach out for a custom quote.

How much the shipping to the US/EU costs?

It's free! We offer free shipping within the USA and EU on orders made via the website.

The product I want is marked as "Only US/EU". Can I still get it to a different territory/country?

Yes, but not via the website. Please reach out for a custom quote.

How do I place an order outside of the US/EU?

Reach out to us via email or chat and we'll prepare a custom quote. Please state which product would you like to order, the amount and the shipping destination. We normally respond within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept via the website?

You can pay with:

Wire transfers (choose "Bank Deposit" at the checkout): If you choose to pay with a wire transfer, you'll receive the bank details shortly after placing your order.

Can I pay in EUR?

Yes, please choose "Bank Deposit" at the checkout. Your order will be displayed in USD but you can make the transfer in EUR (we'll get back to you shortly via email with the exact converted amount).

🛃 Duties and fees

Does your price include import duties and fees?

Yes. Any product you're able to order via the website already includes import fees or customs duties. In case you need to ship outside of the EU/US, our custom quote will include information on these matters.

How do I upload my logo or design?

You'll receive instructions and logo requirements after placing your order (you'll just need to reply to the email with your logo). We'll need your logo in vector format (SVG, AI, PDF, EPS). After uploading your logo we'll prepare a design proof for your approval.

Can I return my order?

You can cancel your order if it still didn't go to production. Considering the type of product (custom-branded) no returns or refunds are accepted once items have been marked with your logo. Although if you aren't happy with your product or order please reach out to: artiom@swagfair.com.
